Join filling Station (with support from The University of Calgary Creative Writing Research Group and the Canada Council) as we present an evening of poetry with 2 of Canada's leading poets!

Suzanne Zelazo is a Toronto poet and author of Parlance (Coach House 2003), a book of poems that range from experiments in fragmenting sentences from Virginia Woolf’s Through the lighthouse to prose poems bridging the confessional and abstract. She is also the editor-in-chief of Queen Street Quarterly (a journal of contemporary writing), and a Ph.D. candidate in English at York University, a part-time competitive runner, and full-time identical twin.

Natalie Simpson is a former Managing Editor at filling Station, a recent graduate from UBC's law school and author of accrete or crumble (Linebooks 2006). Her work has been featured in magazines and anthologies across Canada.
